As a Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP), I have been working on compensation projects of all shapes and sizes for almost 15 years. Everything from running focus groups at the start of a project, to creating the incentive plan documents and calculators that management will need to administer new plans. During the course of my career I have also aided in the development of performance management software solutions for large teams, and managed the development and administration of the MeasureUp Freight Brokerage Compensation Survey.
Working as a traveling sales compensation consultant for nearly a decade allowed me to work intimately with countless sales teams and executives to better under their culture and needs. Through the consultative process I was able to educate entire companies on how to better understand and implement the necessary tools for healthy sales growth.
